New Placeholders & Default interaction states

we have updated our placeholder images and how the default settings appear when creating new interactions in the editor. 

Alongside new illustrations and a minimal unified colour palette, the interactions will have placeholder text populated in all the helpful spots. This is to create a more widespread brand-friendly environment for new users of the tool.
